Description
This series of intelligent pressure/liquid level transmission controllers are intelligent digital display pressure measurement and control products that integrate pressure measurement, display, output and control. This product has a fully electronic structure. The front end adopts an oil-filled piezoresistive pressure sensor with an isolation diaphragm. It is converted by high-precision A/D, processed by a microprocessor, displayed on site, and outputs one analog value and four switching values. This intelligent digital pressure controller is flexible to use, simple to operate, easy to debug, safe and reliable. It is widely used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, hydraulic and other industries to perform on-site measurement, display and control of the pressure/level of fluid media.
The instrument is suitable for storage and use in situations where the ambient temperature is -20℃~70℃ and the humidity is less than 80%.
When connecting the instrument to the power supply, refer to 5.2 Electrical Connection for operation. Only after confirming that the operation is correct can the power be turned on for operation.
When disassembling the instrument, do not apply force to the instrument case.

Mechanical connection:
It can be directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint (M20*1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (e.g. severe vibrations or shocks), pressure pipe connections can be mechanically decoupled via micro-hoses. Liquid level products are fixed according to the flange.
Note: When the measuring range is less than 100KPa, install it vertically.
Electrical connections:
In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following matters should be paid attention to:
●Line connections should be as short as possible and shielded wires should be used
●Try to avoid direct proximity to user devices or wiring of electrical and electronic devices that may cause interference.
●If installed with micro hose, the shell should be grounded separately
1. Setting function
Output: There are four switching outputs. The corresponding output switches when the pickup value of the switching point is reached and switches back when the pressure drops below the release value.
Set switching point
AL1H This value is the pull-in value of switch 1
AL1F This value is the release value of switch 1
AL2H This value is the pull-in value of switch 2
AL2F This value is the release value of switch 2
AL3H This value is the pull-in value of switch 1
AL3F This value is the release value of switch 1
AL4H This value is the pull-in value of switch 2
AL4F This value is the release value of switch 2
BASEThis value is the base value.
FILT This value is the display filter value.
END Save and exit
Display value = base value + measured value, so after setting the base value, the control value is set according to the display value.
Note: The switch point is determined by the configuration of the pickup value and the release value. When the pickup value is greater than the release value, it is the upper limit alarm output (normally open function). When the pickup value is less than the release value, it is the lower limit alarm output (normally closed function). The difference between the value and the release value is the hysteresis of the switch point.
Example: To set switch point 1 as the upper limit alarm output (normally open function) at 4Mpa
Suction and disconnection when less than 3.95Mpa; Switch point 2 is the lower limit alarm output (normally closed function) Disconnection at 10Mpa, suction and connection below 9.95Mpa: Enter the menu: Settings

●Display “LOCK” (prompt for password)
●Press the ▲ or ▼ key to enter the password “1”.
●Press the “SET” key to confirm
●Press the ▲ or ▼ key to scroll up or down to select the menu (AL1H, AL1F, AL2H, AL2F,,,,,END)
●Press the "SET" key to enter the selected menu.
●Press the ▲ or ▼ key to change settings
●Press the "SET" key to confirm. If necessary, use the ▲ or ▼ keys to select other menus for modification.
●After the modification is completed, select the "END" menu and press the "SET" key to confirm saving and exit.
●If no key is pressed for 30 seconds, it will automatically exit the setting state, but the modified data will not be saved.
